Fischer's next collection for LENOX, Mosaico D'Italia was a hit at the Spring 2004 tabletop market in New York City and Fischer’s third collection for LENOX, Mediterra is in stores now. SCHUMACHER & CO. is featuring Fischer's signature collection of wallpaper and printed fabrics, while BRUNSCHWIG & FILS continues to present a collection of hand-blocked wallpaper and printed fabrics bearing the Chuck Fischer name. Fischer's book, Christmas in New York: A Pop-Up Book (Little/Brown) was on the Barnes and Noble Bestseller list two years in a row, was featured on The Today Show and is currently in its third printing.

Fischer’s fifth book, Christmas Around the World: A Pop-Up Book (Little/Brown) is being published in October 2007, accompanied by an extensive collection of Christmas ornaments, snow globes, and pop-up cards, produced by the paper products company, C.R. GIBSON.

The White House: A Pop-Up Book (Rizzoli), the second in a series, was published in September 2004. Fischer is also the author and illustrator of the acclaimed Great American Houses and Gardens: A Pop-Up Book and Wallcoverings: Applying the Language of Color and Pattern, both published by Rizzoli.

FISCHER is known for creating a distinctive fantasy mood through his designs and painting. The acquisitions committee of the COOPER-HEWITT MUSEUM, THE NATIONAL DESIGN MUSEUM voted to include FISCHER’S wallpaper and fabric designs for inclusion in the museum's permanent collection. In 2005, FISCHER spent a month in Rome, Italy as a Visiting Artist at the AMERICAN ACADEMY IN ROME.
Designs by CHUCK FISCHER reflect his extensive travels, meticulous research of many important decorative painting styles, and his inexhaustible knowledge of historic interior design. FISCHER'S designs are contemporary in scale, color and material, though rooted in the tradition of unique hand painted design.
